01Data controller
The data controller is CAA S.R.L., which operates under the CAA Group brand, Argentine tax ID (CUIT) 30-71446725-1, headquartered in the city of Neuquén, Province of Neuquén, Argentina. For any question about this policy or your data, write to contacto@caagroup.com.ar.
02What data we receive
- What you send us through the contact form: full name, email, the subject of your inquiry and your message and, if you choose to fill them in, your company or organization, phone number and country.
- What you send us by email to contacto@caagroup.com.ar.
- Technical data: when you submit the form we store an encrypted fingerprint (hash) of your IP address, which does not reveal the address itself, to limit automated submissions. Our infrastructure provider processes technical connection data, such as the IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
03What we use it for
To reply to your inquiry and follow up on the proposal, partnership or business relationship that may come from it; to prevent abuse of the form; and to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used.
We do not sell or share your data, we do not use it for advertising and we will not send you mass communications without your consent.
04Consent
We process your data with your consent, which you give when you submit the form with the consent box checked or when you write to us by email, under Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326. The fields we ask you to complete are the ones we need to reply to you.
05Where it is stored
Messages sent through the form are stored in a database run by Cloudflare, Inc., the provider that hosts this site, and reach us by email through our mail server. These providers may process data on servers located outside Argentina. By sending us your data, you consent to that processing.
Only the CAA Group staff who need the messages to reply to you have access to them.
06How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to reply to your inquiry and for the relationship that may come from it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
07Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, update or delete your data by writing to contacto@caagroup.com.ar, preferably from the address you used to contact us. We answer access requests within ten calendar days and correction, update or deletion requests within five business days, as set out in Law No. 25,326.
The data subject has the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, as established in Article 14, paragraph 3 of Law No. 25,326. The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, as the supervisory authority under Law No. 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims filed by anyone whose rights are affected by a breach of the rules on personal data protection.
If you write to us from another country, you can also exercise the rights granted to you by the law of your country.
08Cookies and statistics
This site does not use first-party or third-party cookies to track you or show you advertising. We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and does not identify individuals: it shows us aggregate data such as page views, country of origin and device type.
09Security
The site only works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), the form is protected against automated submissions and access to messages is restricted to the people who need them.
10Third-party sites
The site links to third-party websites, such as media outlets and organizations that endorse our projects. Each of them has its own privacy policy. The site is aimed at companies, institutions and professionals, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
11Changes
We may update this policy. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date. See also the terms and conditions.
